Online reservation at least 24 hours before departure time, by telephone acceptance based on availability;

For a return journey or one-way journey from Schiphol, we prefer your mobile number;

Payment always takes place on the outward and return journey;

For additional address(es) of the main address, a surcharge of €10 per trip per additional address within The Hague applies;

In principle, Noordeinde Taxiservice does not carry out rides in combination. In the event of an emergency, it may occasionally happen that you share a car with others. We always discuss this with you first;

In connection with the space available in the car, please state special luggage such as buggies, golf bags, diving equipment, surfboards, etc. at all times when making your reservation;

We cannot be held liable for the loss and/or damage of your luggage. We will of course do everything we can to prevent this;

Upon arrival at Schiphol Airport, an average waiting time of 30 minutes after baggage handling must be taken into account. We request that you switch on your mobile phone;

Rates subject to changes and/or typing errors.

The general terms and conditions and payment conditions of Royal Dutch Transport as deposited on 35/2003 apply to all our transport.

 Liability

Noordeinde Taxiservice can never be held liable for delays caused by e.g. traffic jams, breakdowns, weather conditions, etc. that result in you missing your flight. You should therefore take enough time to arrive at Schiphol, so that you can still be present in time for your flight in another way due to possible delays.

Noordeinde Taxiservice reserves the right at all times, not to have to carry out a ride assignment at the last minute due to. force majeure such as extreme traffic chaos, weather influences, attacks, etc. You can assume that we will do everything we can to prevent this.

Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible up to 2 hours before the start of the ride assignment. In case of cancellation within 2 hours before the start of the journey, bookings are subject to the full travel sum, unless the cancellation is the result of overbooking and/or force majeure;

If special circumstances such as a change of arrival flight number and/or arrival date or other data that change your arrival information, the right for the relevant journey will lapse.

In the event that the passenger does not appear at Schiphol and cannot be reached by telephone, our driver will wait until the flight has been completed. After that, the right to the journey lapses and we calculate the full travel sum;

 

Return to Schiphol

In case of delays, you can count on us to monitor them closely. After arriving at Schiphol, you should switch on your mobile phone as soon as possible after landing so that the driver in question can contact you. If you return to Schiphol on another flight, you must inform us in good time.

 

Waiting time

We assume a waiting time of 60 minutes after landing of the plane. This is included in the price, beyond that there is a charge of 7.50 euros per 15 minutes.

 

Payment method

We accept credit cards such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, €3 will be charged for administration costs, but you can also pay in cash.

 

Privacy Protection

Noordeinde Taxiservice is bound by all legal provisions to protect your personal data. Noordeinde Taxiservice will never pass on your personal data to third parties and therefore ensure adequate protection.

 

Coronavirus Measures

Do not leave home if you have health problems.

Taxi Noordeinde reserves the right to refuse passengers access to our taxi vehicles if there are doubts about their state of health.

Drivers such as passengers are required to wear face masks.

The customer must place suitcases and luggage in the trunk of the taxi vehicle himself.
